Patiala:Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRS-PTU), Vice Chancellor, Professor Buta Singh Sidhu said on Monday that Punjab State Aeronautical Engineering College (PSAEC) Patiala offers a golden opportunity to secure jobs in the the aviation industry, the fastest growing industry in the world. He said the number of job opportunities in the field of civil aviation has increased significantly over the past two years.
The VC who was here at the PSAEC in Patiala on Monday said, “The PSAEC was giving a boost to the civil aviation industry in the state. The scope of aeronautical and aerospace engineering in India is growing at a rapid pace as aviation sector grows 200 percent India is the third largest civil aviation market in the world, having the potential to be in the top spot. Meanwhile, MRS-PTU, Bathinda has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Friends Union for Energizing Lives (FUEL), Pune to provide skills support to young people to enhance their employability and provide opportunities placement in multinational companies (MNEs) associated with LE CARBURANT.
